Inadequate funding is the primary driver of education inequality in our state. In the coming weeks and months, I (Andy Pallotta) will personally be traveling across the state, touring schools with local members, other NYSUT leaders, and Legislators to draw attention to the impact that inadequate funding has on our schools, our kids, and our communities. Schools in our state are owed more than $3.4 billion in Foundation Aid.
