Intentions for the 2013-2014 school year will be available online starting Monday, February 25, 2013. Features of the on-line application process include:
- Ability to access using your user ID and password
- Pre-populated application with tenure and certification information
- One application for all of the requested schools
- Email confirmation of receipt of application sent to applicant
- Seniority number for your tenure area (*please note that seniority is impacted by leaves of absence and that the seniority list is therefore updated frequently)
- Ability to update school selection throughout the transfer process
Please note Probationary teachers will not be eligible to exercise a voluntary transfer.
To access the online transfer process internally;
- Click on the link http://onlinetransferprocess/ or type http://onlinetransferprocess in your internet browser address bar
- Enter your user name (proceeded by “staff\“) PLEASE NOTE THE SLASH (the one under the backspace key) and password as though you were logging directly into the network example:
user name: “staff\Jane.Doe”
password: “xxxx” - Follow the prompts through the guided survey
- Once completed, please make sure to log out of your browser session after submitting your request.
To access the online transfer process from outside the District (ie from your home);
- To access the online transfer process; Click on the link https://onlinetransferprocess/ or type https://onlinetransferprocess in your internet browser address bar
- Enter your user name (proceeded by “staff\“) and password as though you were logging directly into the network example:
user name: “staff\Jane.Doe”
password: “xxxx” - Follow the prompts through the guided survey
- Once completed, please make sure to log out of your browser session after submitting your request.
You will follow the same step(s) 1-4 each time you wish to amend your intention throughout the transfer process.
